Sleep… is a pleasing activity for most people. When sleep, we can rest and feels fresher when we wake up. Time required to sleep for adult is 8 hour a day. But confiscating working time, watching television and miscellaneous that make only a few people which really can sleep within that time. There is a lot of thing that we can do when we are sleeping. When sleep, our body is also repairs damage cells in our body and also makes our mind become calmer. Unable to sleep can cause unstable emotion, fatigue, the lessen of ability in thinking. unfortunately, many people who get difficult to sleep at nighttime. Even has intended to sleep, but eyes cannot close and not feeling sleepy. What that you can sleep tight at night
1. Don’t over eat at night
Try to make your time doesn’t pass at 19.00. Full stomach causing body still doing ingestion, so that body has not rested. Although non heavy meal, lessens also consuming snack at night
2. Don’t do confiscating activity related with bounces and mind before sleeping
Activity or work which is requiring consideration can cause you difficult to sleep. Debate done by nighttime also generates similar effect. So, don’t let that activity done after 08.30 pm.
3. hot water Bathing
This activity can make body is more relax so that you can sleep quicker. Bath with this temperature water can you apply I hour before sleeping
4. Drinks hot milk
This also can assist body become more relax and your sleep becomes more tight.
5. Shutdown the lamp
Before we sleep, shut your room chamber lamp. If you are accustomed to sleep and wish to sleep quicker, so strives that you have resided in room half hour from time which you determines, turn off the lamp and try to close your eyes.
6. Applies fragrance or slow music
You can apply therapy fragrance to make you calmer. If possible, hearing slow music which can assist you to relax.
7. Reads book
Book which is read shall not book which is to complicated to read such as romantic storybook. But, chooses book which is loaded with inspirit things.
8. Feels your body
When you are in bed, feels your body. It will make you to realize that you have ready for sleeping.
9. Arrange your breath
By breathing deeply and arranges it, you get accustomed to with it and equal when you have sleep tight.
10. Writes Diary
Writes diary before sleeping also can make you to enjoy your tight sleep. By writing diary, you imagine downloading your mind and will lighten your mind burden that makes your mind calmer and your sleep become tighter.
